Returns & Exchanges
Sometimes, things just don't work out as planned! In that case, returns can be requested at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving product. We require returns to be shipped by the customer within 14 days as well.
Item(s) must be unused with original tags and packaging. Please use the same mailer/box your item(s) was shipped in unless it was damaged in transit. Place the return label over the old shipping label.
Shipping for returns will be covered by the shopper unless an error has been made on our end (we're hoomans after all).
You will be refunded the full amount paid, excluding the return label & original shipping cost (if applicable). Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to reflect on your account.
Sorry, we are not responsible for products damaged or stolen in transit! For unreceived packages marked as delivered via tracking, please file a claim with USPS.

Shipping & Delivery
We know - shipping costs can be a bummer. While we can't provide free shipping just yet (we're working towards it), we want to ease a little bit of that pain and offer all shipping at $5 + free shipping for orders over $100!
Our preferred carrier is USPS First Class Package (3-5 days) or USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) within the U.S. Please allow 2-3 days for processing orders. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
International orders may be subject to customs charges, import taxes & other fees according to your local government. Customers are solely responsible for any additional charges.
Interested from abroad? We're not at that capacity to ship worldwide just yet. But we are able to create custom orders, so drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org for more questions!
