Returns & Exchanges
Sometimes, things just don't work out as planned! In that case, returns can be requested at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving product. We require returns to be shipped by the customer within 14 days as well.
Item(s) must be unused with original tags and packaging. Please use the same box your item(s) was shipped in unless it was damaged in transit. Place the return label over the old shipping label.
Shipping for returns will be covered by the shopper unless an error has been made on our end (we're hoomans after all).
You will be refunded the full amount paid, excluding the return label & delivery charges (if applicable). Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to reflect on your account.
Sorry, we are not responsible for products damaged or stolen in transit! For unreceived packages marked as delivered via tracking, please file a claim with USPS.

Shipping & Delivery
We know - shipping costs can be a bummer. While we can't provide free shipping just yet (we're working towards it), we want to ease a little bit of that pain and offer all shipping at $7 + free shipping for orders over $100!
Our preferred carrier is USPS Priority Mail (1-2 days) or USPS First Class Package (2-3 days) within the U.S. Please allow 1-2 days for processing orders & please advise that there are pandemic related delays! Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Interested from abroad? We're not at that capacity to ship worldwide just yet. But we are able to create custom orders, so drop us a line at email@example.com for more questions!
